# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - ½ lb cooked bacon, crumbled
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - ½ cup cream cheese
06 - ½ cup sour cream
07 - ½ cup milk
08 - 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
09 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
10 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
11 - Salt and pepper to taste
12 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
13 - Tortilla chips for dipping

# How to Make It:

01 - Brown beef to 160°F, drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder.
02 - Warm cream cheese, sour cream and milk gently in a saucepan, stirring until smooth. Add cheddar and mozzarella gradually over low heat.
03 - Fold in cooked beef and cooked bacon. Taste before adding salt, since bacon and seasoning already contribute it.
04 - Serve hot with chips and parsley. If holding for a party, keep hot rather than leaving the pot cooling on the table.
