# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 2 chicken breasts, no skin or bones
02 - 1/2 cup sugar (brown)
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (Kosher)
04 - 1/8 teaspoon pepper (ground black)
05 - 8 bacon strips

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F and line a rimmed tray. Cut each breast into four similar strips. Mix brown sugar, salt and pepper.
02 - Coat chicken, wrap each strip with bacon and place seam-side down. Secure only if needed, counting any toothpicks. Discard sugar mixture contaminated by raw chicken rather than saving it.
03 - Bake, beginning checks around twenty minutes, until thick chicken centers reach 165°F and bacon is cooked. Continue as needed and shield darkening sugar.
04 - Rest briefly and remove every toothpick before serving.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Thickness and overlap matter. Thin bacon wrapped without heavy overlap cooks more evenly; do not overcook chicken solely to crisp a thick seam.
02 - This guide retains the simple brown-sugar seasoning. The older paprika-and-garlic tender page is consolidated here rather than mixing both formulas.
