# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 tsp garlic powder
03 - 1 tsp onion powder
04 - 1 tsp chili powder
05 - ½ tsp ground cumin
06 - Salt & pepper, to taste
07 - 4 large flour tortillas (10‑inch)
08 - 1 cup refried beans (canned)
09 - 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
10 - ½ cup diced tomatoes
11 - ½ cup sliced black olives (optional)
12 - ¼ cup chopped green onions
13 - ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
14 - ¼ cup sour cream
15 - 2 tbsp tomato sauce

# How to Make It:

01 - Cook ground beef in a skillet to 160°F, drain fat and stir in the measured seasonings. Warm beans separately.
02 - Warm four tortillas until pliable. On two bases divide beans, beef, tomato sauce, cheese, tomatoes and optional olives. Use only what fits in a manageable layer and serve excess separately.
03 - Cover each with a second tortilla. Toast over medium-low heat, turning with broad spatulas until both sides are golden and cheese melts.
04 - Top with lettuce, sour cream and scallions after cooking, then cut into wedges.
