01 -
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large rimmed baking sheet. If using a liner, confirm it is safe for the later broiling step. Have a food thermometer and clean serving tongs ready.
02 -
Pat thawed wings dry, then distribute the tablespoon of seasoned salt over them. Arrange in a single layer with space between pieces. Use a second sheet if necessary rather than piling up the chicken.
03 -
Bake for approximately one hour, checking sooner if the wings are small. Turn as needed for even browning. Test several thick pieces without touching the bone; continue cooking until they reach at least 165°F.
04 -
If more browning is wanted, switch to the broiler and watch constantly. About one minute per side is only a starting estimate. Remove the tray as soon as the skin colors; do not walk away.
05 -
Near the end of baking, melt butter over medium-low heat in a saucepan. Stir in cream and garlic. When small edge bubbles appear, reduce the heat and add Parmesan gradually, stirring until blended. Avoid a hard boil.
06 -
Transfer fully cooked wings to a clean bowl. Toss with enough warm sauce to coat, adding more as needed. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers promptly and reheat them to 165°F before eating.
