# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 2 (8 inch) tortillas
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
03 - 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
06 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
07 - 6–8 slices pepperoni or toppings of choice

# How to Make It:

01 - Mix Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Oil tortillas, add half the seasoning, then divide sauce, mozzarella and ready-to-eat toppings between them. Finish with the remaining seasoning.
02 - Place one assembled tortilla in the basket and cook at 400°F, checking from four minutes until edges are crisp and cheese melted. Follow the appliance’s instructions for thin foods that may lift in the airflow.
03 - Let stand briefly with the appliance off before lifting with a broad spatula. Repeat with the second tortilla.
04 - Cut into wedges and serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use cooked or ready-to-eat toppings cut thinly. A short cheese-melting cycle does not cook raw meat safely.
02 - Thin tortillas soften quickly under a wet topping. Divide the listed half cup between both bases.
