# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch each)
02 - 1 pound ground beef, uncooked
03 - 4 slices of American-style cheese
04 - 16 pickle slices, drained
05 - 1 tablespoon of ketchup
06 - 1 tablespoon of mayo
07 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted
08 - 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
09 - ½ teaspoon ground pepper
10 - ½ teaspoon of salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Brown beef with garlic powder, salt and pepper to 160°F, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain excess fat.
02 - Warm tortillas until pliable. Divide ketchup, mayonnaise, drained pickles, cheese and hot beef among four tortillas, leaving borders. Fold in sides and roll.
03 - Brush with melted butter. Air-fry seam-side down at 380°F for about five minutes, checking and continuing until crisp and hot through. Use an uncrowded layer.
04 - Rest briefly before slicing. Serve extra filling separately if a tortilla cannot close around its portion.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Pickle liquid wets the wrapper and can leak onto the basket. Pat slices dry before assembly.
02 - It crisps the wrap and melts cheese; it is not a substitute for cooking raw beef inside a tightly rolled tortilla.
