# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Salad Mixture

01 - 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
02 - 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken, grilled, fried, or rotisserie
03 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
04 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup homemade croutons
06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Wraps

08 - 4 flour tortillas or wraps, 10-inch

# How to Make It:

01 - Confirm the chicken is fully cooked and safely chilled. Wash and thoroughly dry the romaine. Chop lettuce and chicken into manageable pieces. Grate Parmesan and break very large croutons smaller.
02 - Warm four ten-inch tortillas briefly until pliable. Put lettuce and chicken in a bowl. Add the measured Caesar dressing and Parmesan. Toss gently to coat without crushing the lettuce.
03 - Add croutons just before assembly and taste before adding salt and pepper. Divide the mixture among tortilla centers, leaving clear edges. Fold opposite sides inward and roll tightly. Serve promptly or refrigerate immediately, expecting softer croutons with storage.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - The listed one-and-one-half cups are chopped cooked chicken.
