01 -
Heat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and apply cooking spray. Prepare clean utensils for the finished chicken.
02 -
Mix softened cream cheese with cooked chopped turkey bacon, Cheddar, garlic powder and cautious seasoning.
03 -
Cut a side pocket into each breast while leaving the far side intact. Work with pieces thick enough to hold a pocket.
04 -
Divide the filling among the pockets without overstuffing. Close with toothpicks if needed, counting how many you use.
05 -
Place flour, beaten eggs and crushed chips in separate shallow bowls in that order.
06 -
Coat each breast with flour, then egg, then crumbs, pressing lightly. Keep contaminated breading away from ready-to-eat food.
07 -
Arrange breasts apart on the prepared sheet and spray the coated tops lightly.
08 -
Bake about 30–35 minutes as a first checking window. Both thick chicken and filling must reach 165°F. Shield the coating if it browns first and continue as necessary.
09 -
Rest briefly, remove every toothpick and serve. Refrigerate leftover portions promptly.
